• Shipping policy of Endmill Kalakruti is made for customer convenience. Our manufacturing lead times average 2-4 working days from the customer's order date for all products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from and after dispatch it takes 3-7 for delivery and it depends on area pin codes.
• Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies and provide free shipping for order value above 999/-
• If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship).
• At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.
• We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.

For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. To claim refund or replacement the customer must send the video of opening the package.

If the product is requested for replacement then we will replace the product within 7 days.

If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.

In case of return the refund, amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot accept order cancellations on any order.

Refund Policy

We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage.

We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Also same for Missing items.

You'll have to submit a box opening Video or Images to endmillkalakruti@gmail.com (within 24 Hrs of delivery time) - If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
